At one time or another we all need the help of others to see our way through a difficult time. GriefShare is a group for people grieving the loss of a loved one. Whether your loss is recent or you’ve carried it for a while, this group can be a healthy part of your healing process.

Care 101 is an intensive, two-day training that will teach caring skills useful in family, work, and friend relationships.
