Hillside is strategically invested in numerous global ministries, where we have sensed God’s leading to get involved in His work.
ELI desires to empower the poor in Congo, Kenya, South Sudan and Tanzania with knowledge, confidence, and measurable growth that impacts their spiritual and economic life so that they become an example that others will be drawn to imitate and surpass. ELI is a dynamic team of full-time nationals and Americans working side-by-side. They strive to develop and empower leaders to live lives that promote change in their communities. We invite you to be a part of this important ministry by becoming a child sponsor. Your partnership can help meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of our children.Learn More
Growing from simply sharing the gospel, to meeting tangible needs in communities, to opening orphan homes, to building quality schools, to caring for the sick and elderly, the Indian-based non-profit organization, Harvest India, continues to grow to be a source of light and life to the people they serve. As an organization, they are committed to following Christ, as they continue to strategize to meet the growing needs of the people they serve.Learn More
In 2009, Living Room Ministries International was established to address the many injustices that remain for those living with life-threatening illnesses in Kenya. Kimbilio Hospice (Kiswahili word for ‘Refuge’) is a 24 bed, in-patient hospice that provides quality palliative care services to adults and children living with life-threatening illnesses. Guided by the belief that every person is created in the image of God, Living Room’s work is much more than simply treating a disease. They are caring for a person— physically, psychosocially, and spiritually. The goal is to achieve the best quality of life for individuals and families facing advanced disease.Learn More
A ranch style community in Central Arizona that supports adults with developmental disabilities. Their residents, called Ranchers, are valued as individuals. Each is important, well known by caregivers and staff, and nurtured to live a happy and full life. Ranchers live, work and socialize with their peers in a safe and loving community at a place they call home. Rainbow Acres employs over 70 people, including caregivers, administration, program staff and support staff. Our Serve Teams have been joining the work of this community for over 20 years. Twice a year, a group of volunteers go to visit the community for a short term, long weekend trip. During this time, the volunteers do special projects around the community, visit with the Ranchers and host a party.
