Who We Are

Hillside’s Young Adult Ministry is a gathering of young adults that meets weekly to be an intentional community as we work through what it means to follow Jesus at school, at work, and with our families & friends.

When We Gather

Mondays at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center

Young Adults at Hillside Community Church is for those who are looking for a place to worship and connect on a weekly basis. This is a night of worship, teaching and  community for our current days. Looking for additional space to connect? 7-7:30 p.m. is our social. Arrive early and hangout with friends or get to know someone knew.

Are you a young adult looking for a transformative summer experience? The Hillside Summer Internship Program is designed to equip future ministry leaders with practical and professional ministry skills so they can impact the world for the Kingdom of God.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Gain hands-on ministry training & leadership development

FAQ's

  • Yes. $18 an hour for up to 30 hours/week.

  • Interns will spend the majority of their week serving within their selected area of ministry by participating in the planning and executing of our ministry rhythms. Weekly schedules include team meetings, one-on-one mentorship, hands-on ministry work, and larger church events. Additionally, there will be specific time within the week set aside to grow in personal and spiritual development as a cohort.

  • No prior experience is required! We are looking for teachable, servant-hearted individuals who are eager to grow in leadership, faith, and community impact with a desire to pursue vocational ministry.

  • Due to the full-time commitment and required availability (May 19 – August 7, 2025), interns should ensure they can fully participate before applying.

  • This summer, the ministry areas available to serve within include Kids, Junior High, High School, Young Adults, Worship, Production, and Communication. You will have the chance to select your desired ministry area within application process.
