A kitchen manager at Hillside Community Church is responsible for leading a kitchen team of volunteers, planning meals, kitchen management of equipment, and executing events or activities connected to the kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will supervise the Kitchen Assistant and volunteers to provide meals for ministry events, special events and Sunday Night Dinners. This person will seek to exemplify our core staff values. A Pastor or Director at Hillside Community Church provides spiritual leadership and guidance to both the church community and staff team while overseeing a designated area of ministry. Whether leading the Children’s Ministry—serving infants, preschoolers, elementary students, and their parents—or managing other ministry areas, they exemplify Hillside’s core staff values and help shape the organizational culture. Committed to the vision of seeing God’s hope transform our cities one story at a time and the mission of experiencing God’s love, growing in community, and serving with compassion, they may also teach, preach, and inspire others to live out their faith.
