Kids Pastor at Hillside Community Church leads a vibrant, growing Kids Ministry, serving children from birth through 5th grade and equipping parents and volunteers to shape the next generation of Jesus followers. This role blends visionary leadership, creative ministry design, strong organizational and multitasking ability, and relational shepherding. This role will oversee a staff and more than 250 volunteers who love helping kids experience God’s truth in engaging and relevant ways. The Hillside Intern Program exists to equip future ministry leaders with practical and professional ministry skills so they can impact the world for the Kingdom of God. Gain hands-on ministry training & leadership development, plan and execute engaging events & initiatives, foster deep connections within the church & our community, grow spiritually through discipleship & personal development and live out our mission: Experience God’s Love, Grow in Community, & Serve with Compassion.
