RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, lead and celebrate volunteers.
- Review and manage Kitchen related requests through the Planning Center calendar
- Lead the Kitchen Assistant and a team of volunteers to support the Kitchen needs for food prep, serving and POS system for Sunday Night Dinners.• Lead the Kitchen Assistant and volunteer team to prepare food for ministry and special events.
- Manage Kitchen shared spaces through inventory of food, supplies, resources and the events/needs that arise
- Ordering of kitchen and food related supplies
- Manage a kitchen budget and provide P/L monthly statements
- Adopt a simple, high-impact approach like In-N-Out: a limited, well-loved menu that focuses on quality over extravagance.
