This one-time event is part of the GriefShare program, a trusted resource for those grieving the loss of a spouse. The session provides a safe space to share your feelings and connect with others who understand your journey. You’ll gain insights into the grieving process and learn coping strategies to help you heal.
Following this event, a 13-week GriefShare support group will begin on January 12, 2026. This ongoing group offers continued support and community as you navigate your grief. Registration for the 13-week series is available at griefshare.org.
