Good Health Expo: Blood Drive

September 20 @ 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

GOOD HEALTH EXPO

đź“… Sunday, September 20, 2026
🕗 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Hillside Community Church — 5354 Haven Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737

Picture a single Sunday where a simple act — rolling up a sleeve, sitting down for a haircut, or clearing out a drawer of old eyeglasses — turns into a lifeline for someone you’ll never meet. That’s the heart of the Good Health Expo. We’re gathering our Hillside family for a morning of generosity that meets real, tangible needs in our community and beyond.

What to Expect:

🩸 Blood Drive with the American Red Cross
Give the gift of life! Pre-registration is encouraged — reserve your spot here: Red Cross Blood Drive Sign-Up. Limited walk-in appointments will be available on the day of the event, so signing up ahead of time is the best way to guarantee your spot.

✂️ Hair Donations for Locks of Love
Bring your ponytail and your courage! We’ll have someone on-site collecting hair donations to help provide hairpieces for children facing medical hair loss.

Donations That Will Be Collected

Eyeglasses:

We will have a donation collection for eyeglasses no longer needed in collaboration with the Lions Club Recycle for Sight program. People can drop off: prescription eyeglasses, reading glasses, prescription and nonprescription sunglasses, and children’s glasses.

Hearing Aids:

We will have a donation collection for hearing aids no longer needed in collaboration with Ear of the Lion Foundation with Lions Club International. They accept behind-the-ear (BTE) and receiver-in-canal (RIC) styles that are generally 5 years old or newer.

Organ Donor Registration:

Sign up on the statewide organ and tissue donor registry with One Legacy. One Legacy is Southern California’s organ, eye, and tissue recovery organization, serving as the regions bridge to life, connecting donors and patients in need.

Wheelchairs:

Joni and Friends collects donations of mobility devices for their Wheels for the World including manual wheelchairs, all types and sizes. They do not accept power wheelchairs.

Medical Missions in Kenya:

Are you interested in Medical Missions? If you are a medical professional, please stop by and see how you can use your skills on the mission field with one of our Global Ministry partners, Living Room Intl.
