Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual plans for church-wide volunteers in light of the objectives set for the volunteer ministry
  • Lead teams that will develop, implement, and continually improve systems and processes to streamline the ways that all ministries recruit, train, and appreciate volunteers
  • Lead and coach ministry specific volunteer coordinators
  • Collaborate to streamline position profiles for volunteers across all ministries
  • Provide oversight to volunteer management systems across ministries
  • Ensure ministries are developing and improving volunteer organizational structures for the purposes of leadership, coaching, and scalability
