Why You Should Serve Here:

  • Hillside Community Church has a strong history of influence for the Gospel in the local region. In this particular season the church is strategically poised for uncanny opportunity to expand that reach with new energy, resources & vision. Positioned in one of the region’s most desirable places to live, an estimated 500,000 people within a 15-20 mile radius from Hillside’s campus aren’t presently connected to a local church. This reality compels the team at Hillside to move the mission forward by carrying the hope of Jesus into a region of people that desperately need Him. Within the community of Hillside you’ll find healthy diversity in ethnicity, gender & age with a shared desire to work together for the glory of God. The staff community is talented, forward thinking, hard working, fun, creative, innovative & passionate about Jesus & His church.
  • This role has the opportunity to work alongside a compelling vision & some incredible leaders in order to help innovate ministry initiatives.
