  • Previous babysitting experience

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children at all times
  • Arrive for shift on time
  • Know and follow safety procedures of Kids Ministry
  • Complete kids ministry Trainings
  • Hold and care for babies needs (i.e. change diapers, feed them, calm them down)
  • Hold and care for toddler’s needs (i.e. change diapers, calm them down, play with them)
  • Meet the needs of the room (i.e. dealing with challenging kids, low supplies refilled)

Preferred:

  • Training in first aid and CPR
  • Ability to assess children’s developmental needs and meet them appropriately
